How it works

How Pruvato works.

If you're deciding whether to trust a system with your quoting, your catalogue, and your customers' invoices — this is where the mechanism gets explained, not just claimed. AI drafts, a person approves, and an independent check confirms what actually landed in your books. The pages below go deeper on each piece, including where it stops.

If you'd rather skip the mechanism and see what this looks like on an ordinary day, start with the platform overview instead.

What is governed AI execution?

The architectural claim underneath everything: AI proposes actions; a separate deterministic program decides what runs. Includes the five properties a system needs to actually be doing this, and honest limits.

What is an action receipt?

The portable record of one piece of work: what was proposed, what was approved, what happened, and whether an independent check confirmed it. Includes the three verdicts (confirmed, doesn't match, not confirmed yet) and why the third one matters.

The accountability gap

The distance between what an AI system reports it did and what can actually be shown to have happened. Why it appears, why it's growing, what closes it.

Approaches

The four ways people are trying to make AI safe to use at work — testing, monitoring, governance frameworks with AI reviewing AI, and governed execution. Each described honestly, no company names.

Glossary

Plain-language definitions of the terms we use — what each means and what it doesn't.

In practice — a normal Monday

What the workflow looks like from the operations manager’s desk once it is running: who does what, what you would stop doing by hand, and where the platform stops helping. The same mechanism the pages above describe, seen from the outside.

Why we built this the way we did

The thesis behind the architecture: the doer never vouches for its own work; the burden of proof should sit with the system, not with you.

Everything above explains the mechanism. If you'd rather see the platform in action for your own business, request your free Quotation Health Check — no obligation, three business days, real analysis of your real quotes.
