Three real receipts, from three real runs in our sandbox organisation. Nothing here is mocked up for the page — these are the files the system produced, rendered as you would see them.
One run was confirmed against the books. One found the quote had changed after it was approved. One stopped and asked a question instead of guessing. All three are what the product does on a normal day.
These come from our own Zoho test organisation, not a customer's. Identifiers are shortened for readability; amounts are sandbox figures. Everything else — the steps, the times, the fingerprints, the verdicts — is exactly as recorded.
Every quote your business sends through Pruvato produces one of these — including the ones that stop, and the ones that don't match. That is the point: the record is complete whether the news is good or not.
The format is intended to be open, so that a receipt can be checked by your accountant or your auditor without going through us. That is a direction, not a shipped feature — see product status.
